Custom program design + weekly accountability

$175 per month + tax

  • 4 week custom strength and conditioning plan designed to your goals, schedule, and equipment (usually 3-4 workouts per week + schedule of exactly when to take rest days and when to plan other activities)

  • Access to the True Coach App so you can access your workouts from anywhere, track your progress, communicate with your coach, and see video demos of all your exercises.

  • Weekly accountability check in’s via True Coach so you can stay on track and supported to your goals, troubleshoot any roadblocks and keep you motivated and excited. No more burn out, no more jumping from program to program. You deserve to reach your goals and accountability is how you get there.

  • Video assessment and coaching of your form via True Coach so that you know your technique is solid so you can move confidently, get stronger, and avoid injury.

  • Monthly Goal Assessment so that you can be sure you are making the progress that you want and have a chance to look back and celebrate all that you've done in a month.
